Thirty-six members and guests attended this year’s President’s Garden Party. Unfortunately the venue had to be changed just before the due date of the function due to the ill health of our President, Ken Lane. We were extremely pleased therefore, when Jackie and Steve Oliver stepped in to take over the event and arranged it in their garden in Angmering.

Jackie did us all proud with her home baking, scones, accompanied by cream and jams and a selection of beautiful cakes.

A very pleasant afternoon spent relaxing in their garden in the sun.

Luckily, Ken was well enough on the day to come with his wife Anne Marie.
