Visit: Southern Water, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Ford The visit day will give members a choice of two visit times: The first will be at 10.30 and the second at 14.00. Members should indicate which time they would prefer on the reply slip at the end of the Newsetter which needs to be returned to Colin Pilling before the 17th February. There is a limit of 12 per visit. The visits will be a part of the Southern Water Customer Forum and will take around two hours. There will be a presentation about the services Southern Water provide and a tour of the site by the Site Manager who will explain the wastewater treatment process. There will be refreshments provided. The site is located on the Ford Road at the entrance to Ford Aerodrome. As you approach Ford Aerodrome there is a full size jet fighter on a post. Just after you turn into the aerodrome the site is on the right. You will need to press the buzzer at the main entrance for entry and the offices are at the far end of the access road, sign posted "admin office". The
