Paul was Project Director for the power generating waste incinerator constructed on a redundant greyhound racing track in urban South London where environmental issues had high precedence. He will describe the construction and discuss the economics of Waste-to-Energy plants, concluding with a video made by David Bellamy dealing with the environmental credentials of the plant.
