Visit: Parker SSD Drives

The tour of this Designer and Manufacturer of Solid State control systems will be restricted to RCEA members only, and the name of all members attending will be submitted to Parker SSD in advance of the visit.

The factory is situated on the A259 between the Wick and Tesco roundabouts. The variable speed drives they manufacture are sold to a variety of industries with worldwide sale of £46million. The company employs 380 personnel.

The visit will last about two hours and consist of a presentation followed by the factory tour.
