Christmas Lunch

Wednesday 17th December, at 12.00 for 12.30 --- Lunch will be served at 12.30 pm --- The cost will be £20.00 per person

 

MENU

Fan of seasonal melon served with fruit and mango coulis
North Atlantic prawn and cucumber tower with sauce
Marie Rose and lemon garnish
Sautéed button mushrooms in a rich Gruyere sauce with lardons of crispy pancetta
Cream of asparagus soup

Fillet of fresh sea bass, roasted with rock salt and glazed with lemon, chive and pine kernel butter and garnished with lemon
Roast Norfolk Turkey, breast only, served with chestnut stuffing, chipolata wrapped in bacon, cranberry sauce and a light turkey jus
Sirloin of Scotch beef, roasted medium and served with homemade Yorkshire pudding and a light Madeira jus
Vegetarian Dish, Bell peppers filled with a spiced rice pilaf, gently baked and served upon a tomato coulis
All served with a selection of fresh vegetables
